We believe the quality and craftsmanship of our products will provide years of satisfaction. However, if with 45 days of receipt you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for an exchange or refund of its value.

The following policies apply to all other returns:
- An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns (in-store purchases only).
- Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender.
- For gift card returns, the full value must remain on the gift card. The full amount will be credited to the buyer’s credit card (in-store purchases only).
- Please allow 10–14 days for the return to be processed following receipt in our fulfillment center.
- Le Creuset products are crafted to meet a high standard of quality. If you believe a product to be defective, it may be returned based on the warranty for the specific item. Warranty details may be found here or in the item’s box; please refer to your item’s warranty before attempting a return. Le Creuset reserves the right to determine if the product has been used in a manner that would violate the warranty.
- If you are returning a defective item, or an item sent in error, you are not responsible for return shipping fees. Under all other circumstances, you are responsible for return shipping.

To return or exchange an item, you must phone our Consumer Services at +1 646-961-1094 to obtain a Return Authorization Merchandise (RMA) number. The RMA number will allow us to associate your returned item with your purchase, reducing the possibility of a handling discrepancy that might occur when the product is received by our fulfillment center.
